The AveriSource Rapid Assessment provides insights and acceleration for System Integrators (SI) to conduct application portfolio assessments supporting modernization planning, budgeting, staffing, and preparation for application management, business rules extraction and requirements documentation, and application transformation projects.

SIs use AveriSource Scan to quickly identify portfolio languages, number of components, missing and unreferenced items, and lines of code, with a high-level risk assessment providing insights into many pre-modernization topics to be considered and planned. This helps with pre-project application rationalization and strategy selection.

AveriSource Inventory builds the foundational analysis repository, parsing three million lines of code per hour, identifying component types and relationships, and aiding SIs to complete the process through Missing and Unreferenced views, including identifying platform utilities and third-party products.

AveriSource Discover determines application and data architecture, relationships, interdependencies, data sources and data lineage. Discover enables SIs to plan project duration, staffing, and build project bid estimates by providing industry standard Halstead and McCabe Cyclomatic Complexity metrics, along with additional insights, such as cross-application data access patterns, data operations, record layouts and data elements used.
